About: The Club is based in the Ilfracombe Yacht club in Ilfracombe Harbour. We row on Monday to Thursday night and Sundays during the summer and at the weekend during the winter. We have four gigs two training gigs called Lantern and Capstone and two competition gigs called Rapparee and Rogue. The club was proud to be awarded the Chairman’s Cup and the Lizze Pyne Trophy at the 2013 AGM. The Lizze Pyne Trophy is for the best kept gig over three years old and was awarded to Rapparee. The Chairman’s is for the club they feel has made most progress or contributed to the association or their approach to the whole sport.
