The CPGA has recently undertaken a project to secure the sport and we have subsequently introduced a Five-Year Strategy which will be both challenging and exciting. We are looking for someone who will hit the ground running, deliver existing activities, and help to introduce new workflow systems. They will need to have excellent administrative skills and be flexible and adaptable to meet the challenges of working in a small and busy team.
This is a part-time role that requires a daily presence throughout the week. There will also be weekend and evening work may be required and you will need to be able to work flexibly to accommodate this. This contract is offered on a 1-year term basis in the first instance due to ongoing restructuring of the organisation.
Job Title: CPGA Operations Manager
Hours per week: 20 hours per week (flexible, increased hours negotiation based on workload)
Salary: £17,500-£19,500 per annum (£35,000-£39,000 FTE Pro Rata)
Term: Fixed Term
Holiday: 28 days per annum pro rata (incl bank hols)
