For Sale – Pilot Gig Rhos

LCPGC are inviting offers for CPGA gig No. 15 – Rhos. Built in 1989 by Ralph Bird, she has been a core part of our team since 2016, competing regularly at Scillies prior to the pandemic and enjoyed by all. Unfortunately, during the Covid crisis maintenance of our fleet has become an issue and it has been decided to explore options for purchasing a plastic gig.

The boat requires some work prior to relaunch, including a section of planking scarfed, replacement knees in some locations and other smaller items, we would recommend a visit with your boat builder, and we can offer a remote viewing for clubs in the Southwest.

This gig has plenty of heritage within the sport and would make a great addition to most teams. We would consider a part exchange on a plastic gig subject to inspection of both and agreement.
