Pulling Together the Past chosen for Waitrose ‘Community Matters’ Scheme

In December Waitrose, Truro have selected “pulling together the past “as one of the chosen projects. So if you are popping into Waitrose, Truro, use your token in the Community Matters box to help increase the donation for our heritage project.

At the end of your shop in branch, you’ll receive a token to place in a box of the good cause you’d most like to support. The more tokens we receive, the bigger the donation they receive. Each month every Waitrose & Partners branch donates £1,000

Shane Sullivan, CPGA Chairman said ”This is great for the heritage project, but particular thanks go to Sue from Chocolate dog Marketing, not just for helping us get this but also for her continued support with Pulling Together the Past and her work with the CPGA with this great idea to show Community support”

Since its launch in 2008, the scheme has donated over £30 million to good causes in store and online so the CPGA are thrilled that “Pulling together the past has been chosen.

So if you are shopping in Waitrose this month, please pop a token in for us!
