Across the Bay is the annual iconic race between Mounts Bay and Porthleven. A test of endurance this takes the best of crews just under an hour to complete with last years race seeing Mounts Bay triumph but the top 3 only separated by a few seconds!

Across the Bay is onWed 4th July – 7pm start from Marazion. 16/17 Gigs will be taking part. First Gig will be rowing into Porthleven at approx. 8pm .
Please come and cheer them in from the Pier or as they cross the finish line opposite the Ship Inn. Then join members and rowers for a BBQ on the harbour head . Thanks to the Harbour Inn for your support once again on this evening.
All help gratefully received by rowers adult and junior on the night.
