We would like to invite you all to our event, which will be held on SATURDAY 7th JULY 2018 at PORTHOUSTOCK BEACH, ST KEVERNE, HELSTON. TR12 6QW
The Cox’s meeting will be at 11.30 am with the first race at 12 Noon

MENS A

LADIES B ( to include Ladies C ( second gig required )
MENS B ( to include Mens C ( second gig required)

MIXED
VETS ( One race but additional trophy for 1st Ladies crew )
GIGS to arrive between 09.00am & 11.00am please. Please would all “local” clubs arrive early where possible – Thank you (There will be lots of help available for unloading ).
PARKING for cars & gig trailers – on the beach £2.00 per car
(Towing vehicles – No Charge )
BBQ , Refreshments, Cakes etc. etc. all available as usual.
The aim is to be plastic free where possible – refills will be available for water bottles !
Gigs may be left on Porthoustock Beach (at your own risk ) Friday / Saturday night.
