The ninth annual Ilfracombe Pilot Gig Club’s regatta is set to take place this Saturday. The town and club are situated on the harsh and unpredictable North Devon coast. The high cliffs and jagged coastline give a dramatic back-drop to show off some historically great racing.
Supporters and visiting clubs get a great view of the whole course from the pier and capstone, great food from the club’s premier BBQ experts, and a great evening in the pubs around the harbour after the racing is finished.
