A Cornish skiff made in 2001 by John Fuge in Golant, Fowey. She has an extra pair of paddles so can be rowed alone, randan or conventionally.
She is an exact copy of the original, which was built by Martin Clemins in 1870 in Newquay, Cornwall and used on The River Gannel. For the past 60 plus years the original, still in the same family, has been in The River Fowey. The skiffs were used for the stowage and transport of pots and nets, for towing yachts around the harbour and for general yard use.
Reluctantly she is for sale as she moved from Cornwall to the Cotswolds five years ago. She is in very good condition.
