A final Call for anyone from CPGA Clubs who would like to take an RYA Safety Boat Course on Sat/Sun 18th/19th February at a reduced price!
You must already hold an RYA Power Boat Level 2 Certificate and be 16 years or over.
This course is highly recommended for all those driving/crewing Umpire, Safety or Coaching Boats for events and for training.
Currently we have 5 candidates, but need just 1 more to fill the course.
Provider: Falmouth Training Solutions
Venue: Falmouth – Tregoniggie Estate – (Meet & Finish) + Falmouth Harbour
Dates: Sat/Sun 18th/19th February – 10:00 – 17:00
Price: £150 pp – (This is cheaper than the normal price of £180 pp due to a special
offer to CRA clubs, now extended to CPGA Clubs)
Details: A two-day theory & mainly practical course which is for those who use
powerboats to provide safety cover for water sports such as sailing & rowing.
It includes search & rescue techniques, methods of recovery, towing of various
craft, & recovery & lifting of casualties.
