Dear rowers,

As I am rowing this year I will not be out in the RIB taking photos.

But thanks to sponsorship from Sharps Brewery, Luke Larder who is providing a RIB and driver for the the cost of the fuel and a few beers, and Anna Willmott who will be taking the photos we are going to be able to do our photos as normal.

As you know we try and cover all the races and last year we posted over 12,000 photos to our Facebook page for you to tag and share, or buy.

Our only aim is to cover costs. If you enjoy looking at the photos then please also support us by buying a print or digital copy.

SCILLY 16 PHOTOS


Photos: We will be out in the RIB taking photos all weekend, if you see us don’t forget to smile 😉

The RIB: A big blue RIB will be carrying the photographer, it is the drivers first Scillies but he’s an experienced driver and yacht master.

Facebook: We will do our best to get the photos up on our Facebook page each evening for you to tag and share.

Crew & club shots: If you want a professional photo of your club or crew then can text Anna on 07538 493 900 and arrange a time to meet.

Anna: Anna will be walking around with a camera, big backpack and blue GigRower tabard on so if you see her on the beach feel free to grab her and ask for a photo.

Buying photos: All the photos will be available to buy on Anna’s website here:  anna-photography.co.uk. You can order excellent quality prints, or full size digital files. These digital files will be sold at £25 per file, or £30 for three, a bargain when there’s 7 in a crew! Prints start at £7 for a 7.5″ by 5″. OR Anna is doing a special ‘cash’ offer, just grab Anna or Toby on the islands when you see them, slip them £20 (normally £30) and they will give you a voucher for three hi-res digital images that you can download after Scillies after choosing them online.
