Following the success of the workshop ran by Cornwall Sports Partnership & ‘Club Leaders’ Active Devon have put on a workshop for clubs on club on organisational structures held at Exeter City FC at 18.30 on the 24th Feb

Topics will include:

• Why getting the correct structure is important
• The types of legal structures and the pros and cons of each.
• Why become incorporated
• Other forms of status, CASC, Charity etc
• Examples of how clubs have structured themselves
• The process of changing you clubs organisational structure
