· Piece on Penny Chuter from the River and Rowing museums Women’s exhibition
As well as nutrition advice, land based training articles, international rowing news, regatta reports and ‘Explore rowing’ news.
If you would like to keep up to date with happenings in the rowing world issues can be bought for £3 each.
Or…..British Rowing silver membership is £24 a year and one of the benefits is a years subscription to rowing and regatta magazine, various discounts at clothing stores / hotles and attractions, civil liability insurance and access to ‘row how’ British Rowings online information and learning system including coaching and coxing.
Can you buy the magazine from any local newsagent without having to buy a subscription, does anyone know anything more about this?

Yes you can buy single issues from HQ for £3 each. You would need to contact Wendy Kewley (editor) on wendy.kewley@britishrowing.org.
However – if you are wanting a magazine each month, it would be better value to become a silver member at £24 a year. You would receive 9 magazines and all of the benefits listed in the main post.
Next months Rowing and Regatta magazine will include a write up on the Womens, Juniors and Mens County Champs……..
