From British Rowing, requires fast action:
Just been notified by a Wiltshire club of a ‘Canopy ‘ building that they have an option on but cannot erect as their farmer landlord won’t allow it.
There is no cost but transport from London is in the region of £12-1500.
Is there any club that could take advantage while it is available.
Although it is an open building, providing shelter from the elements but not a secure building, you could put an external fence, netting or even a brick skin to make it secure.
Regarding the framework for the canopy, please see below dimensions, there are no weights as we do not have the facility to weigh them on site, however these shouldn’t pose too much problem.
