Aged 67, Stephen has rowed for various clubs including Truro and Flushing & Mylor. He also helped out with the beach marshalling last weekend at the Ladies County Championships so he’s probably a familar face.

He sets off on his journey on September 11th and hopes to take 5 days to complete the 295 miles.
